Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from Your Chill Games you agree to be bound by these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights.

2. Ordering
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods. We will send you an order confirmation email, which constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract between us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example if a product is found to be incorrectly priced or unavailable. If we cancel your order after payment has been received, we will issue a full refund within 5 working days.
All orders are subject to availability. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Pre-owned items may differ slightly in appearance from the images shown.
3. Pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Where a "was" price is shown alongside a sale price, the "was" price reflects the previous selling price of that item on our website within the preceding 30 days, in accordance with the Omnibus Directive (implemented in the UK via the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024).
4. Payment
Payment instructions are sent by email following order confirmation. We currently accept bank transfer (BACS). Your order will be dispatched once payment has cleared. We do not store or process payment card details.
5. Delivery
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Delivery timescales and costs are set out on our Delivery & Returns page. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
6. Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period"). To exercise this right, notify us by email at [email protected] before the 14-day period expires.
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or misdescribed. We will refund the price of the goods and standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence of return), using the same payment method you used.
This right does not apply to items that have been personalised or made to your specification.
7. Returns and faulty goods
In addition to your cancellation rights, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to:
- A full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- A repair or replacement after 30 days (if repair/replacement is not possible or fails, you may be entitled to a price reduction or final right to reject).

8. Pre-owned goods — condition grading
All pre-owned items are graded and described honestly before listing. Our condition grades are defined on each product page. If you receive an item that does not match its stated condition, this constitutes a misdescription and you are entitled to a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid for the goods in that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from your use of our website or goods, except where required by law.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Your Chill Games Ltd and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to that order. We recommend you review these terms each time you place an order.
