We pride ourselves on fast, secure shipping. All items are carefully packaged in bubble wrap and sturdy boxes to ensure your retro gear arrives in the exact condition it left us.

Dispatch Times

We know you're eager to get your hands on your new retro games. That's why we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

Changed your mind? No problem. We offer a 30-day return policy on all purchases.

Unwanted Items

If you simply change your mind, you can return your item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note:

  • Items must be returned in the exact condition they were received.
  • Brand new, sealed items must remain sealed. If the seal is broken, we cannot accept a return for an unwanted item.
  • You are responsible for the return postage cost for unwanted items. We recommend using a tracked service.

How to return an item:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] or via our Contact form with your order number.
  2. We will provide you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and our return address.
  3. Package the item securely, including the RAN inside the box.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days to your original payment method.

Faulty Items & Our Guarantee

Every pre-owned console, game, and accessory is rigorously tested by our team before sale. However, because we deal in retro electronics, occasionally things go wrong.

If an item arrives faulty, or develops a fault within 30 days of receipt, we will provide a full refund or a replacement (if stock is available).

  • We cover the return postage for faulty items. We will provide you with a pre-paid Royal Mail label.
  • If an item is returned as faulty but tests perfectly fine upon return, we reserve the right to deduct the return postage cost from your refund.
